9th Annual Nolafunk Series During Jazz Fest!

CEG and Nolafunk are excited to present the return of Dead Feat as part of the 9th Annual Nolafunk Series During Jazz Fest!

Dead Feat returns to NOLA for one night only, featuring New Orleans’ own Anders Osborne, Fred Tackett and Kenny Gradney of Little Feat, plus friends of the Grateful Dead Jackie Greene, Melvin Seals, and more. Dead Feat is a one-of-a-kind project formed in 2011, created specifically to perform during the evenings and weekends of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. This supergroup dives into the Grateful Dead and Little Feat repertoires as well as other cover songs and originals by Anders Osborne. This will be the first Dead Feat performance without Paul Barrere of Little Feat, who passed away in October and the musicians wanted to honor him by continuing the project. Dead Feat always sells out and last year’s show sold out quickly, so fans are strongly encouraged to buy tickets early.
